Tammy Ryder-Harms, the founder of Kaleidoscope Teens, has a passion for empowering and supporting teens in developing crucial life skills and building a successful future. With a business management degree, a minor in psychology, and an MBA in Non-Profit management, 

Tammy has training in trauma, teen support, mentorship, leadership, and coping skills, as well as 5 years of experience working with teens and their families.

Kaleidoscope Teens is a non-profit organization that offers group support, 1-on-1 mentoring, life and coping skills, excursions and activities, community service projects, parent support and education, and summits and workshops. The goal is to provide teensagers 11-18 and their parents with the tools and resources needed to cope with the challenges of growing up and finding a path towards their future.

Tammy has a personal connection to the mission of Kaleidoscope Teens, as her own daughters have faced struggles with anxiety and depression. Recognizing the need for support among teens, Tammy has brought her expertise and experience from her work in prison ministries, addiction advocacy and support, trafficking prevention, and advocacy to help make a difference in the lives of young people.

Through its comprehensive programs and services, Kaleidoscope Teens is striving to be the uniting force in the community, empowering teens to develop foundational life skills, gain supportive relationships, and find hope for the future.
